Topic: “Protecting your hosted records”- Speaker Stephanie McCutcheon, CRM. Members and guests met at Poor Richards Restaurant. President Donna Crock spoke briefly on forthcoming events. She then introduced the speaker, Stephanie McCutchoen.

She gave a power point presentation which included knowing where your hosted records are, using third party service providers to maintain your records, record maintenance requirements that should be addressed in the contract phase and using due diligence to ensure your service provider continues to meet your organizations record maintenance requirements. She included the chapter in a hands on activity regarding security and disaster recovery.

Meeting was adjourned at 1:05 pm.
