Members Present: Tony Adams, Mary Bausserman, Ramona Christensen, Donna Crock, Melanie DaMoude, Margie Hartigan, Wendy Kinkade, Debbie Leonard, Pat Newbern, Deanne Widauf, Rich Wilson, Barb Thomasee, Tim Tyler, Kim Castaneda and Jennifer Hargett

Guests: Mark Browne and Jennifer Mickle

Speakers: Rich Wilson, Curtis Greubel, and Margie Puente.

Topic: “Tour and presentation of Wyoming State Archives and Micro-graphics and what they do”

Members and guests met at the Wyoming State Archives (Barrett Building) located at 2301 Central Ave, in Cheyenne where everyone was given a tour of the Wyoming State Archives, Archives Research room, and Micro-graphics Division, along with detailed information of how the Micro-graphics processes are accomplished to film, maintain and hold records for viewing and for other research as may be needed/used. Immediately following, members and guests met in the State Museum multi-purpose room for lunch catered by Snake River Restaurant. Upcoming dates of interest include the Chapter year end banquet, June 5th at Poor Richards. Please contact Kristy as soon as possible to let her know if you will be attending. Today’s tour and presentation was very interesting and well valued by all in attendance. Meeting was adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
